The room for rent is located on the first floor (not ground floor). Total size is about 16m2 The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 3 lovely housemates. The monthly cost for this room is 450 EUR, inclusive. there is a small fee of 3-4 euros for the shared washing machine.Bike parking is possible in the yard.We are looking for a fun, social person to join our home.
