At the moment there are living 5 international female students, and we are looking for our 6th roommateThe house has a large eat-in kitchen with all the modern equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 large fridges etc). It has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower and sink. There is a washingmachine and a dryer. You will share the house with 5 others, all female international students:-)The house has a rental permit for renting to 6 persons, you will get a contract and registration is possible ofcourse.About the room.The room is on the first floor and is about 10 m2. In the room there is a kitchen with a sink, hot and cold water, a fridge, freezer and a microwave (no stove). The room is very sunny (South side). From the back of the garden you can reach the communal garden and the shared shed. The room has a bed, a closet and a table and chair. Total rent is E825,-This is including utilities like gas, electricity, taxes, high speed internet, furniture etc.The house is situated in a friendly (family) neighborhood, so NO partyhouse!! (Also No smoking/no drugs))It is close to the metro station (Verrijn Stuartweg or Ganzenhoef) and metro and trainstation Diemen Zuid. It is only 16 minutes to Central Station by metro, and 9 minutes by metro to the center of Amsterdam. There is an Albert Heijn nearby, and several other shops.
