**Room for Rent – Bright 30 m² Ground Floor Room in Enschede**A spacious and bright 30 m² room is available on the ground floor of our shared house in Enschede. The room benefits from plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to live. One of the toilets is located on the same floor.The house is very conveniently located: the city center of Enschede is just 5 minutes away by bike, the University of Twente can be reached in 12 minutes, and Saxion University in 8 minutes. A Jumbo supermarket is only 2 minutes away by bike.The house includes two toilets and one bathroom with a new shower, a fully furnished living room, and a kitchen equipped with two fridges, a freezer, and several other appliances. There is also a washing machine and dryer available.All utility costs such as gas, water, and electricity are included in the rent. Internet is not included and is shared separately among the housemates. Registration at the municipality is possible.We are Emma (20), Silvia (20), and Giulia (19), three Italian first-year students at the University of Twente studying Industrial Design Engineering. We enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space and privacy.We are looking for a calm tenant who would fit well in a friendly but relaxed household and is willing to follow a shared cleaning schedule.
