Hello everyone, I am subletting my studio for a couple of weeks during the summer:) The studio is located in a bigger building on the second floor accessible by an elevator. The house is an 8 min walk from the metro stop Spaklerweg. Amsterdam Centraal is 10 min, Weesperplein 5 min, Amstel 1 min. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, mixer, air fryer, espresso machine, water boiler, stove, plates, cuttlery, basic cooking utensils). Fresh bed sheets as well as towels will be provided. There is a shower with warm water and a toilet in a separate private bathroom. WiFi is available. There is a 2 in 1 washing machine/dryer. TV with streaming platforms available. Paid parking available on the street (I have a discount I can give for a couple of days). The walls are relatively thick and the neighbours are quiet. Trashcans in front of the house. Trashbags and some cleaning utensils (also a vacuumer) will be available. I’m looking for a responsible tenant who is in need for a studio. The check in day is semi-flexible. Around the 8th of July would be ideal tho. Please reach out for modifications and we’ll see what we can do. Check out is flexible, BUT please note that the price will not be adjusted. I will not rent out the studio for just a couple of days. I am looking for one permanent tenant.
